Currently, there is an outstanding number of mods and only a handful I know are active. These include:

MikariStar
Plaidshorts4ever
MuffinChan

Those who are excused due to family issues and the sort I know of are only Bikky and Koe. ONLY.

SO! If you plan to keep your position AT ALL, respond to this news article. There are important issues at hand and it's not a sight to discover you have so many mods and only a handful do their jobs.

Until the Games category gets sorted out rightfully, there has been a new temp. Games cat put into place. As for the moment, there is no fan fiction in the category, but don't worry, your stories are still in the archives.

For now, I'll be taking requests for titles to be put back in the games category, so start requesting them here. Any other questions, please direct them at me.

Edit:

Those who have Game stories up, please tell me the game's title so I may enter it in the category. When it's up, please move them in the correct place.

Those who already see that their category is up, please move your stories accordingly. Thank you.

If your story hasn't shown up within a week, and you haven't received a rejection letter, please contact me about this. It seems as some of the rejection letters haven't been sent through for one reason or another.

Contact me (Monica) via forum PMs, and I'll personally go through your fan fiction and PM you the reason[s] why it was rejected. You would need to sign up for a forum account, if you haven't already to access the PMing functions.

Any other questions about Validation and Rejections, I'll answer them here.

While the games category is still not up, I'd like to announce that today is one of our own's birthday. So everyone, if you get a chance, wish Crys-Chan a very happy birthday today!

Yes, I've realized it's missing. However, your stories and its sub-categories have not gone missing, so no worries about that.

We're currently trying to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. One of the staff may have accidentally deleted the category. So, whoever was messing around with adding things, speak up now.

To cease the questions about when your stories will be validated, please contact Monica (I Cannot Write) via PM through the forums within a week. If you do not see your story up on the site within a week and no later, She will personally look through it and validate it herself. Otherwise, please be patient as all the mods are doing their best to keep up with everyone.

Any other questions are to be re-directed to the Q&A section of the forum where myself or any other mod will answer. Please don't PM Monica bugging about your story if it hasn't been up withing 3 days or so.

Yo, Tsu here.

Hope you guys missed me a little bit, as I have been gone for awhile. Back at the moment though, cause I had a rather brilliant idea.

My idea is to pay someone else to fix the site, since I really do not have the energy for them. That and some are so bad that my limited php experience will get us nowhere.

However, I have yet to get a price check on the damn thing.

And to be honest.. I am broke. So, I can make a paypal fund that can be donated to and we can get someone in here to fix both this site and FZ. Or, we can leave them as is. ::sweatdrop::


Speaking of FZ. For those of you who do not like the validation system, there will no be one there. Nor will there be a 'purge', and possibly the one here will be toned down or taken down. Really, Crys and myself are at the point where we are sick of the bitching and just can't find it in us to care much about how shitty the stories get anymore.

I don't post on here, I don't read on here, and I generally don't come here cause I am tired of it. It has drained not only my spirit and my money, but also my writing drive. So, maybe we will eventually take down the validation system here and see if this place gets as bad as fanfiction.net and animespiral.

Might be interesting to see how it goes. Though, I think we have a better crowd of authors on here than they do honestly. Yet, I have seen how bad some of the stories we got rid of were.

Really gotta love stories that are just jumbles of words and exclaimation points. But, I am rambling.


So, I will let you guys know when I get a price and a place for donations. That is really the only way that we are getting this place fixed at this point.

However, it is your responsibility to not be so close-minded and defensive. If one of the staff tells you not to do something, don't jump to the worst possible conclusion. We have a good reason for telling you it. Instead of assuming, try questioning it. You're not going to get your head bit off for it.

Act mature. Be mature. That's all we're asking for.

I've decided to pop in during my vacation and tell you all this. Since I browse both site and forums, I noticed we seem to be having problems with the validating system.

ALL staff who work on validating stories are now required to make a list of what stories have been validated and the author who has written the story.

If, for example, Monica validates a story, she will be required to place it on a list and post it on the forums.

Failure to comply with this, I am terminating you from the staff with no hesitation. Read the rules for validating on the forums and study them thoroughly.

So, if you validate a story. Write the title and author down on a list and then post in the Admin/Mod section of the forums.

Also, be detailed in your rejection letters. Tell them what needs to be fixed, what was wrong with it, etc. Spell it out for them, if you must.

I'm going back to my extended leave, I really hope I do not have to pop in again.
